Medical assistants perform various clinical tasks to support patient care such as taking patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate), recording patient medical histories and symptoms, preparing patients for medical examination or precedures, assisting physicians or nurses during procedures, and administering medications or vaccines). 

The role of a Nurse Aide is essential in healthcare, focusing on providing basic patient care and supporting nursing staff in various settings. Nurse Aides are often referred to as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) after obtaining certification.

Furthermore, the Phlebotomy Technician program trains students in the art of drawing blood, enabling them to contribute to diagnostic procedures and the overall healthcare process.
