- Students must provide a copy of their birth certificate, ID, and SS card.
- Must have proof of HS Diploma/ GED. Exception for Nurse Aide program – verification of 8th grade education level.
- The student cannot be listed as unemployable on the Employee Misconduct Registry (EMR) and cannot have been convicted of a criminal offense as listed in the Texas Health and Safety Code 250.006.
- If student is unable to provide proof of 8th grade completion, they will be required to take The Wonderlic Basic Skills Test™. They must achieve a minimal score of 70% on the Verbal Skills and 70% on the Quantitative Skills.
